The staff, location and cleanliness. It was beyond my expectation.

I would not say I did not like it, but the breakfast was nothing extraordinary, maybe I had higher expectations.

The Artisan is our first chiice when we visit Istanbul. This is the fourth or fifth time we stay here. The hotel has maintained the same quality of service throughout the years.

Pillows are hard. I sppreciate adding the option of soft pillows.

It was lovely. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the start to our honeymoon and first experience in Istanbul great!

The dogs were very cute and I loved the Christmas tree

That the elevator needs that card and that the AC in the room didn’t work

The staff is exceptional—both highly professional and genuinely friendly. They are attentive, caring, and always available. The dogs at the entrance add such a warm and charming touch to the welcome. The hotel is spotless and perfectly located: close to Taksim, yet far enough from the noise and crowds to feel peaceful.

The food in the lobby wasn’t the best, but the rooftop offers a lovely view and the dishes there are much better.

Everything, staff, big, well equipped room with comfortable bed, excellent breakfast with a wonderful sea view. Parking very easy and free.

The hotel is conveniently located near a tram stop and the staff is friendly

The breakfast was terrible, definitely not up to a 5-star standard. There were also a few unpleasant incidents when hotel staff knocked on the door and then opened it almost immediately without waiting for an answer. I reported this to the staff, they promised to look into it but also argued with me a little. For me this is unacceptable

The hotel is extremely nice and beautiful. Looks like it’s newly renovated. The interior design work is outstanding with very beautiful and refined decorations. Extremely tasteful Yet practical lobby; it encompasses a friendly and warm atmosphere. Rooms are very beautiful and spacious, let alone the maintained cleanliness one sees and feels.Location is very ideal; it’s midway and walking distance down the hill to the Bosphorous and up the hill to Taksim square. Breakfast assortment is very nice, especially that one has the option to order the a la carte special dishes. They are included within the same rate of the breakfast.All the staff we dealt with were helpful, attentive and very friendly. I would like to thank especially Burak at the reception desk for his help in our bookings for cars or the cruise. We appreciated the welcoming feeling we got from him and from all the staff we dealt with. We will definitely come back to the Artisan hotel again in future visits and we’ll surely recommend it to our friends.Thank you for making our trip memorable

The hotel is nice and clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The hotel is located on a slope where you have to walk up to go to Taksim Square. Hard climb to go anywhere for seniors.

Easy transportation, clean, great stuff specially Berk Dosukan. He is very helpful and friendly

the hotel charged me for the breakfast though booking says clearly free breakfast for geniuses !despite i made an international phone call to booking customer services and emails sent to them until now the issue is not resolved , this incidence made me lose trust in booking.com

Their housekeeping is outstanding, and the hotel is spotless. I liked the hotel's location, which is close to everything, and this was my third time staying in the hotel. Regarding the breakfast, it was okay, yet they need to add more varieties and options; it was minimal and repetitive.I want to thank all the staff, starting from the reception, housekeeping, security, F&B, and the manager.

I like the interior of the hotel. It feels very calmly. Staff are great specially Aziz & Deniz. Special thanks also to the staff (forgot to ask his name) who booked us the taxi going to the airport. Breakfast is good but quite expensive.
